Article 1: Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales, memberships, and services provided by Exam Ready Economics (“the Company”) through its website or any associated online platform.
A “Client” refers to any individual or organisation that places an order or purchases a service (including online courses, memberships, tutoring sessions, or downloadable materials) via our secure payment system.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Article 2: Age Restrictions

Clients must be at least 16 years old to purchase digital products (such as notes, memberships, and downloads) and 18 years old to purchase coaching, tutoring, or 1-to-1 sessions.
We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from minors under 16.
If a client under these age limits is found to have made a purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a refund.

Article 3: Orders

All orders made via our website or payment system constitute a binding agreement once payment is confirmed.
Placing an order signifies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or incorrect information.

Article 4: Prices

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include all applicable UK taxes.
Prices may change without notice, but the rate applied to your purchase will be that shown at the time of checkout.
Discounts, promotions, or coupons cannot be applied retrospectively after a purchase has been completed.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order, including pre-orders or memberships.
We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe or other secure payment gateways.
All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption. The Company does not store your card details.
Responsibility for payment security lies with the payment processor (e.g., Stripe).

Article 6: Delivery and Access

Digital products (e.g., courses, memberships, revision trackers, or notes) are delivered electronically via email or client login.
For tutoring or coaching services, access details will be provided after payment confirmation.
The Company is not liable for incorrect delivery information provided by the Client.

Article 7: Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital and educational content, refunds are not offered once access has been granted, unless required by UK consumer law.
For tutoring or coaching sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are chargeable in full.
If a digital product is defective or inaccessible, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for support or replacement.

Article 8: Intellectual Property

All content on Exam Ready Economics websites and materials (including text, graphics, diagrams, videos, and downloadable documents) remains the intellectual property of the Company.
Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal educational use only.
Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of any material without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Article 9: Personal Data Protection

We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
Your personal data (such as name, email, and payment details) is collected solely for order processing and client communication.
By providing your email, you consent to receive updates, newsletters, or offers related to Exam Ready Economics. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails.
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties except where required for payment processing or legal compliance.

Article 10: Liability

The Company provides educational materials and services for learning support. While we aim to ensure accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or grades.
We are not liable for indirect losses, including academic performance, business interruption, or data loss.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the suitability of the purchased product or service for their intended use.

Article 11: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
Any dispute arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
